Schedule

  • 13-week assignment starting 11-09-26
  • Standard 5, 10-Hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00)
  • Scheduled + On Call required

About the Role

This is a locum tenens position at an acute care hospital. Specific assignment details may vary based on the healthcare facility, patient population, and scope of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative anesthesia management, and postoperative pain management.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, surgical teams, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic plans as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide critical care interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
  • Stay current on the latest advancements in anesthesia practice through continuing education.

Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited CRNA program.
  • Active and unencumbered advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) license in New Hampshire.
  • National certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • At least one year of experience in a clinical anesthesia setting (preferred).
