This is a locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position in Grants, NM, paying $210/hour - $220/hour. The start date is August 22, 2026, and the length of the assignment is two weeks. The schedule includes standard 5, 8-hour shifts from 07:00 to 15:00.

Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative anesthesia management, and postoperative pain management.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, surgical teams, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
  • Stay current on the latest advancements in anesthesia practice through continuing education.

Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited CRNA program.
  • Active and unencumbered advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) license in New Mexico.
  • National certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • At least one year of experience in a clinical anesthesia setting.
