Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for various cases including neuro, OB, and pediatrics
- Perform procedures such as intubation and IV placement
- Independently manage epidurals
- Respond to call duties with a 1:4 ratio and a 15-minute response time
- Work with equipment like Drager anesthesia machines
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin license
- Board certification
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Skills & Requirements
- Prior experience in neuro, OB, and pediatrics
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (Cerner)
- Able to work with a team under medical supervision
- Hospital privileges (or temporary privileges)
Key Duties
- Cover inpatient/outpatient cases
- Manage anesthesia for elective procedures
- Participate in call rotations without weekend duties
