Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Anesthesiology

Responsibilities

• Performing pre-anesthesia assessments and verifying patient consent
• Discussing anesthetic options and risks with patients
• Inducing, maintaining, and emerging from anesthesia
• Maintaining continuous monitoring of patients and providing clinical interventions as needed
• Managing cases involving GU and GI procedures for adults, with supervision and independent cases

Qualifications

• Current licensed registered nurse
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
