Locum Cardiologist for Inpatient Facility

About the role

This role involves providing inpatient cardiovascular care at a facility in Arkansas, covering day, night, and 24-hour shifts. The clinician will manage 30-40 adult patients daily, including consultations, rounding, and disease management, with clinical documentation through Epic EMR.

Responsibilities

• Respond to approximately 20 or more calls while on call
• Participate in a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation, with two clinicians alternating coverage
• Perform call duties and multi-shift coverage, including scheduled on-site work

Requirements

• Experience in inpatient cardiovascular management
• Strong clinical skills

Board certification is not required.
