Locum Cardiologist

This inpatient cardiology role requires board-certified physicians to provide 24-hour call coverage, managing a patient load of 10-15 adults daily. The clinician will conduct rounds, consults, and procedures on-site, supported by 13 advanced practice providers (APPs). Experience in echocardiography, stress testing, EKG, nuclear cardiology, and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) is advantageous. All documentation is completed via the EPIC EMR system. Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive cardiovascular care, ensuring effective clinical operations, and maintaining established protocols. The position offers a collaborative environment with APP support and a focus on inpatient management.
