Locum Cardiac Electrophysiologist

About the role

We are seeking a Board-Certified Cardiac Electrophysiologist (MD) for ongoing locum tenens coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiac electrophysiology care in inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings.
• Manage a caseload of 7-8 patients per day.
• Perform procedures during scheduled surgery days and provide call coverage, including 24-hour call responsibilities.
• Utilize Cerner EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination.
• Provide specialized electrophysiology services and clinic coverage.
• Participate in on-site patient care and procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation using the Cerner EMR system.

Requirements

• Active Colorado or compact medical license.
• Board certification in cardiac electrophysiology.
• Experience in advanced cardiac procedures and electrophysiology interventions.
• Strong clinical skills, flexibility for call duties, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
