Responsibilities
- Performing anesthesia for a variety of cases such as orthopedic, general, neuro, plastic, podiatry, and GYN procedures, with a balanced mix of supervision and independent work.
- Documenting care using Epic EMR.
- Managing a flexible caseload.
- Working on-site during day shifts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Board certification is required.
- The role involves 50% hands-on practice and supervision, with no trauma, OB, or cardiovascular cases involved.
- No prescriptive authority is needed.
Schedule and Workload
- Shifts range from 8 to 10 hours.
- A call ratio of approximately 1:7 is involved.
- Post-call days off are provided.
