• Oversee daily locomotive maintenance operations ensuring scalability and adherence to Alstom’s quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate workflow, resource allocation, and maintenance scheduling.
• Ensure reliability through rigorous inspection processes, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Drive innovation by implementing digital maintenance tools and Lean methodologies to optimize performance.
• Foster knowledge sharing and technical training to build a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

Requirements

• Proficiency in maintenance management systems such as Maximo or SAP PM.
• Strong understanding of locomotive systems, including traction, braking, and control circuits.
• Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma principles to improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintenance documentation accurately.
• Commitment to safety leadership and mentoring within a workshop environment.

Pay

Base salary range: $75,000 - $100,000
