Locksmith/Carpenter/Mason - Einstein Main - Full Time

Job Description

Assists maintenance technicians in the performance of general repair, replacement or installation of equipment or facilities. Completes hospital rounds to identify and resolve regulatory compliance deficiencies. Responsible for mechanical repairs of hospital physical structure and equipment, and other minor duties as assigned related to electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and other maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains routine records of all inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs performed on any equipment or system.
• Performs manual duties as requested (i.e. moving supplies, furniture, replacing light bulbs, trash removal, etc).
• Assigned to perform other duties in the following areas as directed: air conditioning, carpentry, electrical, painting, plant operations and plumbing.
• Understanding of electrical safety and lockout/tagout standards.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent or Trade School required;
• Previous related experience preferred.
