The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules: - Use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) - Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. - Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. - Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. - Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. - IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. - Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. - Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. Now, analyze the provided job posting. The posting includes: - Organization: Rehabilitation & Correction - Allen/Oakwood Correctional Institution - Agency Contact Name and Information: HR - Work Location: 2338 North West Street Lima, Ohio, 45801 United States - Compensation: $24.27 - Schedule: Permanent - Full Time - Work Hours: Not Specified - Classified Indicator: Classified - Union: OCSEA - Primary Job Skill: Trades - Who We Are (description) - What You'll Do (list of duties) - Additional Information (application procedures, pre-employment drug testing, background investigation, prohibited hiring) - Why Work For The State Of Ohio (benefits) - Qualifications (minimum qualifications) - Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above. - Job Skills: Trades, General Maintenance, Responsiveness, Flexibility, Time Management - ADA Statement - Drug-Free Workplace I need to structure this into sections with appropriate headings. Potential sections: - About the role (or "About the Organization") - the "Who We Are" section. - Responsibilities - the "What You'll Do" list. - Requirements / Qualifications - the "Qualifications" section. - Skills - the "Job Skills" list. - Benefits - the "Why Work For The State Of Ohio" section. - Pay - Compensation: $24.27 (hourly? likely hourly). Should include. - Schedule - Permanent - Full Time. Should include. - Location - Work Location. - Additional Information - maybe include the pre-employment drug testing, background investigation, etc. But the instructions say remove application instructions, but keep substantive info. The additional info includes pre-employment drug testing, background investigation, prohibited hiring. That's substantive. Could be under "Additional Requirements" or "Pre-Employment Requirements". But the rule: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. So I can create a section for "Pre-Employment Requirements" or "Additional Information". However, the user said "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The application procedures are application instructions, so remove. But the pre-employment drug testing and background investigation are not application instructions per se; they are conditions of employment. I think they should be included. Also, the "ADA Statement" and "Drug-Free Workplace" are boilerplate? They are legal/EEO statements. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. But ADA statement is about disability inclusion, maybe keep? The rule: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate". So ADA statement and Drug-Free Workplace are legal/EEO boilerplate. Should remove. Similarly, "Why Work For The State Of Ohio" includes benefits, which is substantive. Keep. Now, the "Qualifications" section: "12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in locksmithing 3 mos. trg. or 3 mos. exp. in inventory control. Or equivalent Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above." That's specific. Job Skills list: Trades, General Maintenance, Responsiveness, Flexibility, Time Management. Now, the "What You'll Do" list is long. Should be a

      with each duty as
    • . Now, the "Who We Are" is prose, use

. Now, the metadata: Organization, Agency Contact, Work Location, Compensation, Schedule, Work Hours, Classified Indicator, Union, Primary Job Skill. These are minor metadata. The rule: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So I can include a short paragraph at the top with key metadata: location, compensation, schedule, union, etc. But not as headings. I'll create a

with key details: "Location: 2338 North West Street, Lima, OH 45801. Compensation: $24.27/hour. Schedule: Permanent Full-Time. Union: OCSEA. Classification: Classified." Now, sections: - About the Organization (or "About the Role") - from "Who We Are" - Responsibilities - from "What You'll Do" - Qualifications - from "Qualifications" - Skills - from "Job Skills" - Benefits - from "Why Work For The State Of Ohio" - Pre-Employment Requirements - from "Additional Information" (drug testing, background investigation, prohibited hiring) But note: "Additional Information" also includes application procedures, which we should remove. So we need to extract only the substantive parts: pre-employment drug testing, background investigation, prohibited hiring. Now, the "Why Work For The State Of Ohio" includes a list of benefits. Should be a

of benefits. Now, the "Qualifications" section: include the minimum qualifications. Now, the "Skills" section: list of skills. Now, the "Pay" and "Schedule" are already in metadata paragraph, but the rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting states Compensation and Schedule. But we already included them in metadata paragraph. Could also create separate sections for Pay and Schedule. However, the rule: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe keep them in metadata paragraph and not create separate sections. But the user example headings include Pay, Schedule. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't require to use all, only when there is real content. Since we have specific compensation and schedule, we could create Pay and Schedule sections. But they would be thin (just one line each). The rule says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state them. But also "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe include them in a "Job Details" section? But the instruction says use

for section headings like Pay, Schedule. I think it's okay to have a "Compensation & Schedule" section or separate. However, the metadata paragraph already covers them. I'll include a "Job Details" section with a list of key details: Compensation, Schedule, Work Hours, Classification, Union, Primary Job Skill. That would be a substantive section. But the rule: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So maybe just a short

        at the top. I'll do:

Location: 2338 North West Street, Lima, OH 45801. Compensation: $24.27/hour. Schedule: Permanent Full-Time. Work Hours: Not Specified. Classification: Classified. Union: OCSEA. Primary Job Skill: Trades.
