Locker Room Attendant - Winter 2026/2027

Purpose

The purpose of the Locker Room Attendant is to provide service of personal items to Members and guests in the assigned locker room.

Major Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every Member and guest.
• Maintain outstanding service standards.
• Ensure adequate availability of locker room products.
• Advise Valet Manager or Assistant Manager when new supplies are needed.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to Members.
• Keep inventory of lockers, handle and organize locker room activity.
• Clean out lockers of dust and other debris when not in use.
• Set up lockers for events.
• Complete the opening and closing locker room checklist daily.
• Perform ski valet tasks for members and guests, which consist of moving their skis while they aren't in use, or moving them from on and off the snow as needed.

Essential Job Functions

• Assign seasonal locker space to Members and guests.
• Answer Member and guest inquiries; explain cost, availability, policies, and procedures of locker room.
• Ensure adequate availability of locker room products.
• Greet arriving and departing Members and guests.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to Members.
• Keep inventory of lockers, handle and organize locker room activity.
• Clean out lockers of dust and other debris when not in use.
• Set up lockers for events.
• Complete the opening and closing locker room checklist daily.
• Perform ski valet tasks for members and guests, which consist of moving their skis while they aren't in use, or moving them from on and off the snow as needed.

• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
• Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
• Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
• Maintain privacy of our Members at all time.
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers and directors.
• Aid in other Member Services department needs.
• Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Long hours may be required due to business demands.
• Aid in other Member Services department needs.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work.
• Minimum of one year of customer services experience or closely-related industry experience.
• Be able to work weekends and holidays (these are our busiest times).
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Work Environment

• The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
• Work for this position is usually performed in a climate-controlled environment.
• However, the employee may be required to work outside in extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, snow or inclement weather as the demands of the position so dictate.
