About the Role

Annaly is seeking a Lock Desk Coordinator to support daily lock desk operations across delegated and non-delegated channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant pricing support. This role manages lock requests, pipeline cancellations, and pricing exception changes while monitoring dashboards to maintain service-level standards.

Responsibilities

  • Process pipeline requests in accordance with established policies and service-level expectations.
  • Monitor Lock Desk dashboards for lock exception and change requests, applying accurate and compliant pricing adjustments as required.
  • Oversee new seller onboarding with pricing vendors and maintain seller-specific overlays across multiple systems to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage seller data across our vast network utilizing CRM platform.
  • Validate pricing and eligibility as part of our purchase process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in loan pricing, eligibility, and secondary marketing.
  • Knowledgeable in the loan origination and fulfillment process.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be willing to work additional hours as needed to complete deadline-driven projects.
  • Must be willing to work in Dallas, TX on-site three days a week.

Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize accordingly.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with Senior Management regarding the progress and results of projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to identify material defects and troubleshoot accordingly.
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints and in a fast-paced environment.
