About the Role
Annaly is seeking a Lock Desk Coordinator to support daily lock desk operations across delegated and non-delegated channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant pricing support. This role manages lock requests, pipeline cancellations, and pricing exception changes while monitoring dashboards to maintain service-level standards.
Responsibilities
- Process pipeline requests in accordance with established policies and service-level expectations.
- Monitor Lock Desk dashboards for lock exception and change requests, applying accurate and compliant pricing adjustments as required.
- Oversee new seller onboarding with pricing vendors and maintain seller-specific overlays across multiple systems to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency.
- Manage seller data across our vast network utilizing CRM platform.
- Validate pricing and eligibility as part of our purchase process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in loan pricing, eligibility, and secondary marketing.
- Knowledgeable in the loan origination and fulfillment process.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to work additional hours as needed to complete deadline-driven projects.
- Must be willing to work in Dallas, TX on-site three days a week.
