About the role

The After School Support Staff will assist with the implementation and supervision of after school programs near the University of Minnesota. They will create a safe and engaging environment for students and collaborate with other team members to plan and facilitate educational and recreational activities.

The Staff will provide support to students by offering guidance, assisting with homework, and promoting positive behavior. They will ensure the program operates smoothly, adhere to all safety guidelines, and communicate effectively with parents to establish positive relationships with students.
