About the Role

After School Support Staff will assist with the implementation and supervision of after school programs near the Southern Methodist University. They will create a safe and engaging environment for students, collaborate with other team members to plan and facilitate educational and recreational activities, and provide support to students by offering guidance, assisting with homework, and promoting positive behavior.

The Staff will ensure the program operates smoothly, adhere to all safety guidelines, communicate effectively with parents, and establish positive relationships with students.

Requirements

• Experience working as a nanny or in childcare
• Background check completed
• Verified college enrollment or graduation
• A love of working with children
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow directions
• Passion for helping others
