About the role

Assist in the coordination and supervision of after-school activities. Provide support to students in a safe and engaging environment. Collaborate with program staff to develop and implement educational and recreational programs. Promote positive behavior and ensure the well-being of students.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records and assist with daily administrative tasks
• Support program evaluation and improvement efforts
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Familiarity with youth development and ability to work in a team setting
• Relevant experience and a passion for working with students is preferred
• CPR and first aid certifications are a plus
• Experienced sitter
• Background check required
• Verified college enrollment
