Responsibilities
- Frequent contact with customer employees
- Contact with the motoring public at fuel stations and rest stops
- Entering private consumer dwellings to make deliveries
Requirements
- CDL-A license
- 12 months of trucking experience
Qualifications
- Consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer
- Hourly rate plus activity-based bonus payment
- Activity-based bonus payment is the sum of eligible activity pay minus base hourly earnings

Pay
- $18 per hour
- Holiday pay per day: $200
- Activity-Based Bonus Components: Cent per mile rate: $0.76 - $0.80, Detention pay: $18 per hour, Stop pay: $55 per stop, Drop/hook pay: $20 per stop, Outsource pay: $265 per day

Pay Schedule
- Hourly rate for all hours worked plus activity-based bonus payment

- Annualized earnings average $74,000 for drivers over the last six to twelve months
- Factors affecting annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week
