This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.
Pay
Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $78,000, with a $1,416.25 minimum weekly pay guarantee for the first 10 weeks.
- $0.73 – $0.75 per mile
- Detention pay: $15 per hour
- Live load/unload: $15 per stop
- Double drop & hook: $15 per stop
- Miscellaneous hourly work: $15 per hour
- Holiday pay: $200 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- New hire training pay: $200 per day
This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. Factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week.

- 3 months trucking experience
