Hunt Intermodal and enjoy express access railyard gates, onsite maintenance and 100% company-owned equipment. This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $83,000. A $10,000 bonus is available for a limited time. J.B. Pay

• $0.395 – $0.450 per mile
• Detention pay: $25 – $35 per hour
• Drop and hook pay: $56 per stop
• Live load/unload: $77 per stop
• Driver load/unload: $45 per stop
• Refused delivery: $56
• Truck order not used: $30
• Empty move: $25 per load
• Empty search: $25 per hour
• Hazmat: $40 per load
• Refrigerated: $40 per load
• Crosstown moves: $25 per load
• Rail delay: $25 per hour
• Driver assist: $25 per load
• Mechanical breakdown: $25 per hour
• Maintenance tractor repositioning: $25 per hour
• Waiting on truck: $25 per hour
• Mandatory meetings: $30 per hour
• Safety training: $25 per hour
• Overweight rework: $25 per hour
• Yard checks: $25 per hour
• NYC congestion pay: $75
• GW Bridge pay: $60
• New hire training pay: $200 per day
• Holiday pay: $240
