This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

Pay

• Average annual earnings: $82,450
• Average weekly gross: $1,585.58
• Average yearly gross: $82,450
• Congestion pay: $20.00 per load
• CPM: $0.84 – $0.88 per mile
• Detention pay: $20.00 per hour
• Drop/hook pay: $10.00 per stop
• Hazmat load pay: $25.00 per load
• Holiday pay: $225.00 per day
• New hire training pay: $250.00 per day
• Safety training pay: $20.00 per hour
• Trainer pay: $75.00 per day
• Safety bonus opportunities available
• This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable
• Factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• 3 months trucking experience

Responsibilities

• Frequent contact with customer employees
• Contact with the motoring public at fuel stations and rest stops
• Deliver freight to a single dedicated customer
