Local Truck Driver
About the role
Become a Dedicated Contract Services driver and enjoy consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer. This position uses an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. Features include daily home time, majority no-touch freight, onsite management, and paid online orientation.
Pay
- $0.73 – $0.75 per mile
- Detention pay: $15 per hour
- Live load/unload: $15 per stop
- Double drop & hook: $15 per stop
- Miscellaneous hourly work: $15 per hour
- Holiday pay: $200 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- New hire training pay: $200 per day
Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $78,000. $1,416.25 minimum weekly pay guarantee for the first 10 weeks. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. Factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week.
