Pay

Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $89,000. A $10,000 bonus is available for a limited time.

• Base pay: $0.52 – $0.57 per mile
• Live stop pay: $88 per stop
• Drop/hook pay: $57
• Detention: $23 – $33 per hour (after one hour)
• Hazmat load: $40
• Driver load/unload: $45
• Driver assist: $25
• Yard checks: $23 per hour
• Refused delivery: $57
• Truck order not used: $35
• Crosstown, empty move: $25
• Rail delay, mechanical breakdown, mechanical tractor repositioning, or waiting for power unit: $23 per hour
• Safety training or roundtable meetings: $23 per hour
• Overweight rework: $23 per hour
• Reefer load: $40
• Empty search: $20 per hour
• Scaling: $10
• New hire training pay: $200 per day
• Holiday pay: $210 per day

This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. Factors which may affect annualized earnings include, but are not limited to, training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week.
