J.B. Hunt is hiring local Class A drivers in our industry-leading Dedicated Contract Services business unit. This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.
Responsibilities
- Frequent contact with customer employees
- Contact with the motoring public at fuel stations and rest stops

Requirements
- Class A CDL
- 12 months trucking experience
Pay
This role uses an activity-based payment plan. Average annual earnings: $85,000.
- Average Yearly Gross: $85,000 per year
- CPM: $0.55 per mile
- Detention Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Holiday Pay: $327.00 per day
- Moffett Deliveries: $75.00 per stop
- Safety Training: $20.00 per hour
- Stop Pay: $25.00 per stop
- Weekly Pay Guarantee: $1,500.00 per week
- Safety bonus opportunities
Factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
