About the role
Dedicated Contract Services driver position with consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer. Activity-based pay plan encourages safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. Drivers over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $78,000. $1,416.25 minimum weekly pay guarantee for the first 10 weeks. Majority no-touch freight, onsite management, and paid online orientation.
Pay
- $0.73 – $0.75 per mile
- Detention pay: $15 per hour
- Live load/unload: $15 per stop
- Double drop & hook: $15 per stop
- Miscellaneous hourly work: $15 per hour
- Holiday pay: $200 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- New hire training pay: $200 per day
- Eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance
Schedule
Daily home time.
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- 3 months trucking experience
