- Drivers in this position have achieved annualized earnings of $88,000
- $0.57 - $0.620 per mile
- Live stop pay: $65 per stop
- Drop/hook pay: $45
- Detention: $23 - $33 per hour (after one hour)
- Hazmat load: $45
- Driver load/unload: $45
- Driver assist: $25
- Yard checks: $23 per hour
- Refused delivery: $45
- Truck order not used: $35
- Crosstown, empty move, rail delay, mechanical breakdown, mechanical tractor repositioning or waiting for power unit: $23 per hour
- Empty search: $23 per hour
- Safety training: $23 per hour
- Overweight rework: $20 per hour
- Reefer load: $40
- Trainee pay: $200 per day
- Holiday pay: $200 per day
