J.B. Hunt is hiring local CDL-A drivers for a Dedicated Contract Services position, offering consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer. This activity-based pay plan encourages safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. A $5,000 bonus is available for a limited time.
Pay details
- $0.62–$0.65 per mile
- Stop pay: $42 per stop
- Detention pay: $15/hour after 2 hours
- Miscellaneous hourly work: $15 per hour
- Refused delivery pay: $46 per event
- New hire training period: $200 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- Holiday pay: $200 per day
- Off account work: $225–$300 per day
- Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $90,000
