About the role
J.B. Hunt is hiring dedicated truck drivers for its Dedicated Contract Services division. Drivers enjoy consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer on an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $78,000, with a $1,416.25 minimum weekly pay guarantee for the first 10 weeks. Factors affecting annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week. The position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance. J.B. Pay
- $0.73 – $0.75 per mile
- Detention pay: $15 per hour
- Live load/unload: $15 per stop
- Double drop & hook: $15 per stop
- Miscellaneous hourly work: $15 per hour
- Holiday pay: $200 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- New hire training pay: $200 per day
Schedule
Daily home time.
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- 3 months trucking experience
