Responsibilities

• Frequent contact with customer employees
• Contact with the motoring public at fuel stations and rest stops
• Specific job duties may vary and are subject to change

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months trucking experience
• Conditional job offer subject to criminal background check
• Qualified candidates with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, the California Fair Chance Act, and other applicable state and local ordinances

Pay

• Average annual earnings: $85,000
• Average weekly gross: $1,635
• CPM: $0.65 – $0.67 per mile
• Driver unload: $35.00 per occurrence
• Hand unload: $28.00 – $31.00 per stop
• Holiday pay: $200.00 per day
• New hire training: $200.00 per day
• Safety training: $20.00 per hour
• Stop pay: $38.00 – $41.00 per stop
• Trainer pay: $75.00 per day
• Activity-based payment plan rewarding commitment and individual effort
• Safety bonus opportunities
• Additional factors affecting annualized earnings: training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week
• May be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance
