Local Truck Driver - 6mo EXP Required - Reefer - $1.35k - $1.65k per week - Marten Transport*

Marten Transport – a two-time TCA Elite Fleet honoree (2025 & 2026) – is urgently hiring CDL-A local dedicated truck drivers for one of the industry’s most stable and financially independent fleets that prioritizes driver well-being.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class-A tractor-trailer in local dedicated lanes with consistent, predictable home-time.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and customer delivery requirements.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Complete accurate, timely electronic logs and required paperwork.
• Maintain clean driving record and represent Marten professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Valid Class-A CDL with minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Pay

• NEW HIGHER PAY rates starting at $0.62–$0.68 per mile, depending on lane and experience.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified drivers.
• Weekly home time with consistent local routes.
• Detention pay, layover pay, and stop pay as applicable.
