Local Travel Registered Nurse, RN, L&D

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations/regions as needed.
• Apply standard elements of professional practice: assess, identify outcomes/solutions, plan, implement, and evaluate.
• Practice independently within your license, scope of knowledge, and experience.
• Retain accountability for delegation, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Demonstrate agility in taking on new responsibilities and embracing cultural differences.
• Manage competing priorities effectively.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, and PCU roles.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all other specialties, including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health.
• Maintain specialty-specific credentials (e.g., ACLS, TNCC).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications must be obtained through the American Heart Association.
