About the role

Labatt Food Service, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, is the tenth largest foodservice distributor in the nation. Operating in a high‑intensity, high‑transaction logistics environment, the company supplies 14,000 items to food‑away‑from‑home customers in Texas and New Mexico from five distribution centers. Labatt’s Student Driver Program has graduated over 300 students since its inception, providing a pathway to a safe, modern fleet equipped with adaptive braking, collision mitigation, lane‑departure warnings, and tire‑pressure monitoring on all trucks, which are new and feature automatic transmissions for a smooth daily ride.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload 600‑1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops
• Learn how to drive a tractor‑trailer
• Interact with customers

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Class A Permit or Texas Class A CDL and proof of employment eligibility to work in the United States
• Pass pre‑employment background check and motor vehicle report, drug test, and physical

Pay

• Average $180 per day ($900 per week)
• Average annual income $65,000 – $90,000

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, with dispatch times between 3:00 am – 5:00 am to finish.
