Local Route Driver - Home Every Night and Weekends! Sign on Bonus

About the role

Labatt Food Service offers stability with long-term, full-time employment. The Route Driver is responsible for delivering and unloading 600-1,200 cases per day using a dolly at designated stops. Routes are local, allowing drivers to be home with their families every night and on weekends. Schedules are Monday-Friday with dispatch typically between 2:00am and 5:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload 600-1,200 cases per day using a dolly at designated stops
• Operate a fleet of trucks equipped with advanced safety technology including adaptive braking, collision mitigation, lane departure warnings, and tire pressure monitoring
• Drive safely to ensure the safest fleet of trucks available
• Work in a high-intensity, high-transaction logistics environment supplying 14,000 items to food-away-from-home customers in Texas and New Mexico from 5 distribution centers

Requirements

• Texas Class A CDL required and at least 6 months of experience

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience
• Valid TX Class A CDL and proof of eligibility to work in the United States
