Qualifications
- 5 years experience as a painter
- Owns all necessary painting tools and transportation
- Has a fully licensed, insured, Workers Comp holding (or exemption) business set up
- Equipment and hardware (rollers, brushes, ladders, drop clothes, etc.)
- Experience managing a painting crew of 2-3+

- Interior: Ceiling, Trim, Door, Popcorn Ceiling Removal, Cabinet Painting/Finishing, Stairwell, Wallpaper application and removal
- Exterior: Power Washing and painting Decks, Fences, Garage Doors. Exterior Wall painting of common building materials.
- Commercial: Metal Roofs, Wrought Iron, Dry Fall, Spray Booth, Pro Coat
Licenses
- Westchester County Contractor Licensed
- OSHA trained
- EPA LEAD certified
Pay Rate
Average pay rate is approximately $35/hour on a project basis.
