About the role
The role is located in Weston, FL and involves working 13 weeks with a schedule of 3 shifts of 12 hours each day from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Performing surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Assisting with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care of patients
- Maintaining sterile technique throughout the operating room environment
- Communicating effectively with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals
- Managing patient flow and coordinating activities within the operating room team
Requirements
- Active Florida or Compact RN license
- At least 2 years of direct RN OR experience required
- Strong robotics, orthopedics, and neurosurgery experience required
Qualifications
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of surgical techniques and equipment
