Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or provider
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to care
- Auxiliary patient needs and promote comfort and safety
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety, and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active New Mexico LPN license (or ability to obtain)
- Lives 60 miles of facility
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
