Local Fuel Delivery Driver (CDL-A)
About the Role
At Al Warren Oil Company, our drivers are the face of our business. You'll safely deliver gasoline, diesel fuel, DEF, lubricants, and related petroleum products to commercial, municipal, industrial, and construction customers throughout the region. This position is ideal for drivers with experience in fuel delivery, petroleum transport, tanker operations, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tanker equipment
- Complete multiple local deliveries each day
- Load at fuel terminals
- Verify product quality and delivery accuracy
- Follow DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and company safety procedures
- Build professional relationships with customers
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Complete electronic delivery documentation
Requirements
- Required: CDL A
- Hazmat Endorsement
- Tanker Endorsement
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to pass DOT Drug Screen
- Meet all FMCSA requirements
- Professional attitude
Preferred qualifications:
- 2+ years fuel delivery experience
- Tank Wagon experience
- Petroleum transportation experience
- Electronic logging experience
- Terminal loading experience
- Commercial fueling experience
