Local Flatbed Truck Driver

Pay

$22‑$24 per hour, depending on experience. Overtime paid after 40 hours.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, start time 6:30 AM. Average 40‑45 hours per week. Home daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sod on local routes using a flatbed trailer.
• Make 3‑5 stops per day and work directly with customers at delivery locations.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Previous flatbed experience (required).
• Manual transmission experience (required).
• Ability to handle touch freight.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL‑A driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Ability to secure flatbed loads safely.
• Strong safety record and acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Reliable work history and professional attitude.

Preferred Experience

• Front‑end loader experience (highly preferred) or willingness to learn and become proficient.
