About the role

As a Local Event Producer & Promoter, you will be responsible for organizing and promoting various events in the specified locations. This is a freelance position with commissions only.

Responsibilities

• Develop event concepts and marketing strategies to attract attendees
• Manage logistics including venue selection, catering, and entertainment
• Collaborate with artists and performers to secure their participation
• Handle all aspects of event promotion, from social media campaigns to print materials
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in event production and promotion
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of local market trends and audience preferences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in event production and promotion
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
