Local Event Producer & Promoter (freelance, commission only)

About the role

A local event producer and promoter is needed to manage events in various cities including El Paso TX, Ogden UT, Tucson AZ, Tulsa OK, Corpus Christi, TX, Albuquerque NM, and Little Rock AR. The position is freelance and operates on a commission basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage event logistics including venue selection, scheduling, and coordination
• Develop and execute promotional strategies to attract attendees
• Collaborate with artists and performers to ensure successful event execution
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback
• Prepare and present financial reports to clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in event production and promotion
