Local Delivery Driver (CDL A or B)

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Deliver products to customers by making an average of 10-12 stops per day, while touching freight, completing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service
• Accurately count and record the quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up
• Accurately complete hazardous material shipping order papers in accordance with DOT regulations
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance
• Build both relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers to meet goals and objectives of the business and customer needs
• Continuously build your knowledge on how Linde's business operates and succeeds to help the organization continue growing

What Makes You Great

• You have a high school diploma or GED, along with proficiency in reading and writing in English
• You have two (2) years of consecutive driving experience or recent certification from a Truck Driving School, along with a valid Class A or B CDL
• You are expected to be 21 years or older
• You currently have a hazmat endorsement on your CDL or must obtain one within 60 days of hire
• You are expected to not have any preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two (2) years
• You must be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate
• You have the ability to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds is required

Pay Range

$23.88 - $35.03 hourly (commensurate with experience)
