Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a local contract nurse RN Long Term Care Med Surg for a local contract nursing job in Meadville, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor patient health status and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience in long-term care or medical-surgical settings preferred.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
