About the role

Hospital in Santa Clara CA seeks Tele RN to work 13 week contract. RN should have 2 years of experience, BLS, ACLS, CA license and EPIC charting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring services
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• 2 years of telemetry nursing experience
