Responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen level, breathing rate, and other vital signs using telemetry equipment.
• Provide care to patients who have recently undergone surgery.
• Document and report changes in vital signs to the healthcare team.
• Respond to alarms and intervene as needed.
