About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week, 36-hour-per-week position in Hartford, Connecticut. Shifts are 12 hours, nights.
Responsibilities
- Provide telemetry monitoring services
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
Requirements
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience in level 1 trauma centers preferred
- Experience with devices such as CRRT, Impella, IABP preferred
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of telemetry experience
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with medical equipment
