Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN Telemetry for a local contract nursing job in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Assess patient condition and report changes in vital signs and other pertinent data.
• Document observations and interventions accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in telemetry preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including 12-hour days.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
