Local Contract Telemetry Registered Nurse - $39-46 per hour
About the role
The Large Level I hospital in WA state needs telemetry nurses for 13 week contracts this summer. There are three floors of telemetry here with varying acuity. They have a large open heart program here. Great resume builder. Plenty to do in your free time with the mountains close at hand along with great shopping and restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Provide telemetry monitoring services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Assess patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Document patient observations and treatment plans accurately.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in telemetry nursing preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including 12-hour days.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Basic computer skills for electronic medical records.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Passing scores on relevant nursing boards.
- Current CPR certification.
