About the role

A hospital in CT is looking for an experienced MedSurg/Tele RN for a 13 week travel assignment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recent MedSurg/Tele experience, BLS, ACLS and CT license. Epic Experience preferred, telemetry interpretation. 1 year of Medical Surgical/Tele.

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in accordance with medical orders and standards of practice
  • Assess patients’ physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and developmental needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Document patient progress and responses to treatment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests and procedures
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff

Requirements

  • BLS, ACLS and CT license
  • Epic Experience preferred
  • Telemetry interpretation experience
  • 2+ years of recent MedSurg/Tele experience

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in CT
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current ACLS certification
  • Current CT license
