Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN Stepdown for a local contract nursing job in Springfield, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide step-down care to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as an RN.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pulmonary Care Certification (PALS).
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
