About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a local contract nursing job in Alamogordo, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care
- Ensure sterility and safety protocols are followed
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare team members
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in OR setting preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including 10-hour days
- Pass required background check and drug screening
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
