About the role
Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Stepdown for a local contract nursing job in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Works in the PCU (Cardiac Stepdown, Medical Stepdown, Neuro Stepdown, Surgical Stepdown and ER Holding)
- May be referred to as a step-down nurse
- Operates between general and ICU care levels, and more recently, in critical care
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in step-down nursing preferred
- Knowledge of PCU nursing practices
Qualifications
- 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
- Nights shift
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage patient care effectively
- Knowledge of critical care procedures
